Nintendo Press Conference just ended. I couldn’t really understand but I got some facts about it. The Major game was Monster Hunter 4, I feel like they shouldn’t have announced it right after they announced Monster Tri G. They also announced Mario Tennis for the 3DS and the release date for Animal Crossing is sometime in 2012.
I’m a big fan of the Pokemon Rumble for Wiiware and they just announced Pokemon rumble Blast for the 3DS. It looks fun like the last one. Pokemon Rumble Blast has more than 600 pokemon, the last one has maybe around 300 or less; that’s a great.
I have an major prediction; Valve will bring Steam on the Wii U. I predict this because Valve said they always liked Nintendo and Nintendo says their online would be done by third-party and would be flexible to accommodate game companies’ wants and needs for online. If Valve releases a game on the Wii U, they will have Steam with it, like Portal 2 for the Playstation 3. I Think if Valve releases a game for all major gaming systems(including PC), there will cross-platform multiplayer for PS3, PC, and Wii U.(My bad writing)
This would be great, there won’t be any problems(I think).
I just found out the trailer for the Wii U’s third party games were gameplay from Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and PC. I’m not to happy about it because I thought the games will look like that but I don’t know anymore; I think Nintendo should be embarrass for this. They did show the graphics with the graphics demo.
The main part is the Wii U. When I first saw it, I was getting worried that it will just be a controller for the Wii, I was thinking there has to be a new console after they’re done showing the controller. Then I was the console by the TV stand, It got my hopes up. So, it’s a console for hardcore and casual gamers. Nintendo will get the sales that they got from the old Wii, for the most part.
My personal top picks for announcements are… Free Ledge of Zelda: 4 Swords, Rabbids for the Wii U, and… the best of them all… SUPER SMASH BROS for the Wii U and 3DS.
I just heard the release date for Cave Story 3D has been pushed back to August 9th. I’m not that happy about it but I understand because the release of Legend of Zelda. I love this game, if you haven’t played it on the PC, Wii, or DSi, get it for the 3DS. This one of the best side-scrollers.
Today a lot of rumors of the next Nintendo console started. I’m going to predict what rumors are true or not. My predictions might change has more information is release.
Not anther Wii
I think they will not call it Wii HD, Wii 2, or Super Wii. They will call it something different, like Revolution or a clever name about the word “Cafe”.
This might be the Nintendo fan boy in me but I really think the console will be more powerful than the Xbox 360 or Playstation 3. Nintendo is winning.
Controller
Nintendo will probably change from the Wiimote to a regular controller maybe like the classic controller. The controller will probably will have a gyro sensor like the PS3.
Touch Screen
I think they’ll put a touch screen on the controller maybe not 6 inch or HD but a touch screen. I don’t what they can use it for, probably the pause menus.
Nintendo will probably have 1 code just like 3DS, not a network like the PS3 or Xbox live.
Up-grades
Nintendo might release some upgrades to attract to the console, that will expand the life of the console but won’t have it last for ever. A upgrade might be a motion sensor.
This game got my attention again. It looks good and it got some good reviews. Raving Rabbid Travel in Time 3D is a side-scrolling plateformer, not a mini-game collection, like the Wii‘s version. The game has 60 levels (I think thats a lot) and one of my favorite feature is in it, customizing the Rabbid. If Raving Rabbid Travel in Time 3D any good like Rabbids Go Home for the Wii, I would be really really happy. It’s not out in the U.S. yet but hopefully soon. (my bad writing)
So, there is a new game on pokemontcg.com. It’s the Pokemon card game online. It is still in the beta, there is only Ai but soon online. I am fan of the card, and I had a lot of fun playing it. (my bad writing)
